TOUROZ Trikes was founded in Australia to provide sales and mechanical support for the European manufacturer REWACO. Originally established by a dedicated couple who paved the way for the launch of the TOUROZ brand as a quality package for genuine trike enthusiasts.
In 2013, Neils Locktenberg purchased the business and continued to develop the brand. During this time Col Clarke (Neils’ father-in-law) with a newfound enthusiasm for trikes and skills as a qualified mechanic, offered a helping hand at bike shows and events.
Col who has a lifelong interest in bikes says “he was hooked from the moment he saw his first trike”. His passion for 3-wheelers, and in particular the TOUROZ Trikes brand, grew to the point of buying the business when Neils decided to sell. Col purchased TOUROZ Trikes in 2017. Branded TOUROZ Trikes, these marvellous 3-wheel masterpieces have been designed and manufactured since 1990 and imported with custom fittings and colours tailored to each owner’s individual requirements.
There are three models available ST, LT, and GT along with a raft of quality options.
TOUROZ Trikes have a Mitsubishi 4-cylinder 4A 91 Mivec engine that’s known for it’s robust reliability and torque, demonstrated by acceleration from 0 to 100km/hr in just 5.9 seconds.
The Punch Powertrain (Belguim) 7-speed CVT transmission offers a convenient paddle shift mounted on the handlebar that provides options for drivers who enjoy taking control as well as those who prefer to sit back and enjoy an effortless ride in automatic mode.
TOUROZ Trikes showroom is located in Kulangoor, Queensland.
With its quiet country surrounds, our showroom is nestled between Sunshine Coast beaches and the scenic Blackall Range. It’s a destination blessed with long stretches of winding roads, ideal for 3-wheel test drives and great touring adventures.
